- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid in full before or on the day of hire, as agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or card (where applicable).
- Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written or email confirmation from us.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations within 7–14 days may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward a future booking.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
3. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave responsibly and follow the driver’s instructions at all times.
- Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
- Alcohol may be allowed on board, depending on local laws and at the discretion of the driver. Any misuse or disorderly behaviour may result in termination of the service without refund.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking and must be paid for in full.
4. Party Bike Use
- Party bikes are only available at select locations and must be booked in advance.
- All participants must be over the age of 18 and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the ride.
- Riders must follow the guide’s instructions and local traffic laws at all times.
5. Delays and Unforeseen Events
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We will make every effort to ensure timely arrival and departure, but times are approximate and not guaranteed.
6. Vehicle Allocation
- We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity and quality if required.
- Vehicle features (e.g., sound system, lighting, layout) may vary slightly depending on availability.
7. Liability
- Party Buses Dublin accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
- Passengers travel at their own risk, and we are not liable for any injury caused by passenger negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions.
